FEES/COSTS

Fees are the amount charged to my client for legal services. These fees may include but not limited to the following: advise, correspondence, drafting pleadings, other documents, and time spent in court on your behalf.

Costs, disbursements, and expenses related to client matter's are paid by your legal representative on your behalf. Your representative is entitled to be reimbursed for these costs including but not limited to: printing, court filings, parking, and transcripts.

A fixed, flat or blocked fee is a fixed amount charged for a particular task or client matter only.

DC Legal Services can work with you to establish blocked fees where possible.
